EduCodex collects strictly the minimal financial and institutional contact data necessary to facilitate student fee billing, cashier shift tracking, and General Ledger accounting. We do not collect non-financial biometric or private demographic details.
3. Tenant Isolation & Storage
All institutional financial records are partitioned using non-bypassable Row Level Security (RLS) policies tied to cryptographic tenant identifiers. Your institution's data is never visible to or accessible by other schools.
4. Data Retention & Compliance
In compliance with statutory accounting retention rules, financial vouchers and double-entry journals are maintained in append-only immutable storage. Personal student identifying records can be anonymized upon institutional request while preserving accounting balance integrity.
