1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EduCodex (accessible via educodex.co.in and finance.educodex.co.in), the subscribing institution, trust, or authorized user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. SaaS Subscription & Entitlements
Access to EduCodex is provisioned on an annual subscription basis according to the selected plan tier (Foundation, Growth, or Enterprise) and active student capacity. Exceeding active student limits may require a plan upgrade.
3. Institutional Data Ownership
The subscribing educational institution retains complete and exclusive ownership of all student financial records, fee schedules, receipts, journals, and bank statements uploaded or generated within the platform.
4. Availability & System Maintenance
EduCodex strives for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be notified in advance through administrative bulletins.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
